Ingredients:
300g Snapper Fillet or white fish
1 medium Onion, diced
400g Canned Diced Tomatoes
2/3 teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste
20ml Water
1/2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
How to do it:
Heat oil in wok.
Add in the onion and saute till soften.
Add in all ingredients excluding fish and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and add in the fish.
Cover the wok and continue simmering for 5 to 10 mins till fish is thoroughly cooked.
Add salt to taste.
Dish and serve.
